• ER50 collet for cylindrical shank tools.
• The collets fit ER50 collet holders.
• ER nuts are used to wedge and clamp the cage.
• The grooves allow the sleeve to spring back.
• Mounting range: 26,0 - 24,0 mm.
• Use a hook wrench or ER50 multi-point wrench to tighten the clamping nuts.

Technical data:

To properly install the ER collet in the holder, you need to:

• Insert the sleeve at an angle into the nut
• Hook the channel of the sleeve to the eccentric or cylindrical projection of the nut (Figure A)
• Push the sleeve into the nut (fig. B)
• Twist the nut with the pressed sleeve with the holder, so that it is possible to fix the workpiece of the tool
