Properties and applications:
- Heat-shrink handle from the STANDARD DUAL CONTACT line for standard machining with the so-called inclusion of contact, i.e. in addition to the contact of the tapered surface of the BT 40. Contact is made with the holder flange.
- The double contact of the BT 40 cone and the flat surface ensures more accurate and stable mounting.
- Shrink sleeve for holding HSS and solid carbide (VHM) tools with a 12 mm cylindrical shank
- Tool holder with cylindrical shank with H6 tolerance.
- A heat shrink holder that fits all induction heat shrink devices.
- Provides runout tolerance up to 0.003 mm (measured at a distance of 3xD from the face of the holder).
- Made AD cooling system to allow cooling through the center
- Precision balanced toolholder for G2.5 - 25000 rpm.
- Permissible speed of toolholders reaches 50000 rpm.
- Heated slim tip allows you to reach small crevices.
- With threaded holes for balancing with balancing screws.
- Lifetime: 3,000 cycles
- With 1 heating cycle, the tool can be removed and reinstalled - extending the life of the toolholder
