Properties and application:
- Heads are designed for mounting taps for tapping of the through and blind holes.
- GGZA threading holder with a Morse taper MT5 with a tang (DIN228-B).
- To mount the tap in the M12-M24 threading head use GGZC quick-change inserts with ø30 shank.
- Inserts, also known as tap adapters, are not included in the set.
- There is an axial compensation device in the chuck.
- Used on CNC machining centers, lathes and all machines with controlled feed when tapping cycle is not synchronized.
