Properties and application:
- Double-action FPQD machine vises are widely used on milling machines, grinding machines, electroerosion machines and CNC machining centers
- Made of high quality materials: base is made of high-quality cast iron, hardness 40 HRC, fixed and movable steel jaws with a hardness of 48-52 HRC
- Permissible deviation of the height of the base equals ±0.015 mm and allows for the use of several vises simultaneously
- It is possible to mount two similar or even different elements at once
- Equipped with two movable jaws, nut, and double-action clamping mechanism
- During rotation of the bolt two jaws clasp the object while moving forwards and backwards
- Special jaw design provides additional pressure on the workpiece, pulling it to the base
- Adjustable jaw plates can be installed on both sides of jaws
