Drilling
Drills are tools designed to make holes in the full material. The division of drills due to its purpose concerns:
-general purpose drills, including winding bits
-special-purpose drills, eg flat drills, deep-hole drills, square holes and cores
In view of the material, it distinguishes
-Simple drills, made of high-speed steel
-Solid drills in a permanent way (welded) with a working part of high-speed steel or with carbide blades,
-Indexable insert drills with indexable inserts
Due to the construction of the gripping part, the drill bit is distinguished:
-round
-Weldon
-Morse
Due to the way of execution, twist drills are divided into milled, rolled and bolted and ground drills.
