• 2-Position milling machine vise for holding shafts FQV are used on milling machines , grinding machines, drilling machines and CNC machining centers
• Two movable jaws press the round-shaped object to the prism and center it
• The adjustable sliding rods enable the workpieces to remain set in the same position
• The prism is doublesided with the possibility to reinstall
• The vise can be positioned on the side surface of the base
• Parallelism and squareness of working surfaces: 0,01 - 0,03 mm
• When replacing the jaws remachining is necessary
• When replacing the jaws, remachining of the working surfaces connected to the vise is necessary in order to acquire accuracy parameters specified in the technical documentation
